They were friends before turning into lovers. Christian had only dated cis women before Cleo who is a trans woman. Christian was even married to a woman for a few months. So when it came to intimacy with his transgender partner, Christian was cautious.
However, Christian and Cleo had different accounts to tell the producers when they finally slept together. “I would say that our sex was romantic for sure and passionate,” said Cleo, and when producers asked Christian if he and Cleo had sex, Christian said no.
