On Season 11, Episode 7 of Below Deck, which airs on Monday, March 18, the new charter guests are treated to a “light lunch” on their first day of charter (as you can see in the preview clip above). The lunch in question, however, had nothing “light” about it.

The new charter guests react to Chef Anthony Iracane and his food
In the clip you can watch above, following their reaction to the elegant table setting, Barbie and chief stew Fraser Olender bring up the dishes for the guests: a sushi cut roll with white wahoo, ahi tuna, and lobster.
“This is delicious,” one guest exclaims, adding, “I feel like every piece is different.” Down in the galley, Fraser gushes to Anthony about how much the guests are “loving it.”

The guests love Chef Anthony’s food so much that they ask for him to come up so they can thank him for his incredible culinary skills.
“It’s a pleasure to take care of you and I hope you have a wonderful day!” Anthony says as one guest points out his French accent.
