It was stormy seas for the Below Deck chef when a few mistakes during dinner service disappointed the charter guests.
When the latest charter guests got on board St. David on Below Deck Season 11, Episode 10 things already got off to a rocky start where the food and drink service was concerned. The guests, including primary Melinda and her husband Noah, as well as The Real Housewives of New York City alum Jill Zarin and others, were displeased with chef Anthony Iracane’s inability to keep up with their preferences, which included a lengthy list of likes, dislikes, and various dietary restrictions.

More recently, On Season 11, Episode 11, chef Anthony faced new hurdles with the guests while preparing dinner service — the likes of which included Captain Kerry Titheradge.

During the dinner service, Chief stew Fraser Olender became frustrated with Anthony, who was struggling to stay on top of all the dinner orders, which included chicken Pad Thai, tofu pad Thai, and a veggie curry.
“I f-cked myself because it’s double work,” Anthony lamented in a confessional interview. “Instead of me focused on one main course, now you’re talking about three different courses at the same moment.”

He added: “[The] food looks like sh-t, it’s cold, too many options. I cannot build every plate at the same time […] I’m sorry; I f-cked up.”

After some of the guests complained about the food being “cold,” Captain Kerry shared his thoughts on the matter in an interview. “This is the worst dinner service I’ve had all season,” he stated. “My food is already cold.”
“There’s obviously something going down in the galley, something going wrong,” he shared in an interview. “But if I look like I’m getting pissed off, then those are gonna get pissed off around me […] not good guys.”
