Fraser Olender Reacts to Cat Baugh Leaving Below Deck: “I Can’t Take on Another Job”
The chief stew revealed his grievances about the Below Deck newbie’s premature exit from St. David.
Cat Baugh decided to leave Below Deck on Season 11, Episode 7, after struggling to find her place on the boat and getting a serious phone call from a friend back home.
“On this boat, I’m at a breaking point. I need to protect my mental health,” Cat said in her final interview of the season. “It’s like my support system is at home, not here.”
Now, Cat’s crewmates are facing struggles of their own: how to manage St. David after not only her departure but also with the departure of bosun Jared Woodin, who was fired by Captain Kerry Titheradge.

Following his crewmates’ exits on Episode 7, which aired on March 18, Chief Stew Fraser Olender expressed his discontent with the situation during Episode 8 as he was prompted to assist “disorganized” Chef Anthony Iracane.
“Chef is brilliant, and we vibe! But … I’m concerned because of cleanliness,” Fraser stated in a confessional interview about Anthony’s disheveled kitchen. “I’m definitely feeling a stew down. I can’t take on another job, and I feel like that’s what I’m doing at the moment.”
