NYPD power couple Eddie Janko (Vanessa Ray) and Jamie Reagan (Will Estes) will soon say “I do” on Blue Bloods. As fans (very) eagerly await their wedding day, we’re looking back at some of the most tender—and at times, quite tense—moments between the duo.
Eddie and Jamie’s first meeting
Love at first sight? Not necessarily! The couple first met in the Season 4 premiere “Unwritten Rules.” As soon as the brand new partners introduce themselves, they are immediately called into action and respond to the fatal shooting of a fellow officer. Talk about a memorable first meeting!
They get to “play” boyfriend and girlfriend.
A few episodes later, in “Lost and Found,” viewers got their first look at Jamko…sort of. They’re actually just working undercover as a couple and it’s no surprise that their acting is quite convincing.
Their first kiss.
Check in, guys! After a night out on the town, Gentleman Jamie takes Eddie back to her apartment in a “Secret Agreement”. When they said goodnight, they both leaned in and kissed each other! However, after that kiss, the moment became a bit awkward when the youngest Reagan said, “You should go inside. It’s late.” Well done, Jamie!

After many moments of flirtation and jealousy, Eddie is ready to be honest. In Season 7 of “Personal Business”, Eddie became healthier. “I have feelings for you. I’ve had feelings for a long time,” she admitted to Jamie at the end of the episode. Jamie’s reaction? “I have feelings for you too” and sealed the confession with a kiss!

Surely you two have taken enough time. Fast forward to the season 8 finale, and the duo finally announced what viewers have been waiting for. Jamie takes Eddie to a family dinner, where he reveals to the rest of the Reagan family that Eddie will soon be known as “the future Mrs. Jameson Reagan.”
