Police drama Blue Bloods debuted in 2010 and after 275 episodes, we now officially know that the show is coming to an end.
The show, led by Magnum, PI and Friends star Tom Selleck as patriarch Frank, is a mix of family drama and police procedural, and boasts a star cast, including John Wick’s Donnie Wahlberg and Bridget Moynahan play Frank’s two children.

Will Blue Bloods season 14 be the show’s last season?
Sadly, it will. It was announced that the long-running series’ 14th season will be its last, with star Tom Selleck saying: “Over the past 13 years, it has been an honor and a privilege to work on a show that not only honors the men and women who protect and serve in New York City but also demonstrates the importance of family.
“Working alongside these talented actors, writers, producers, directors and crew has been a dream come true and I am so grateful to be a part of this extraordinary group in over 275 episodes.
“Thank you to CBS Studios and CBS Network for their steadfast support, and we extend our sincere thanks to the fans who join us for dinner every Friday night.”
On the plus side for fans, the new season will be a two-part marathon, with the first 10 episodes premiering first before the final eight episodes air at a later date.
When will Blue Bloods season 14 air?
We don’t know a firm air date in the UK yet, but we do know exactly when Blue Bloods will start airing in the US.
The first batch of 10 episodes of the new season will air in the US on CBS and Paramount+ from February 16, 2024. The remaining eight episodes will then air later, in fall 2024.

Blue Bloods season 14 plot: What will happen?
