For everyone out there excited to watch the Blue Bloods season 14 premiere on CBS, we have more news!

So where can we start? What about the reveal that we’re actually getting a story that will be told over two parts? If you’re hoping for a story of huge scale – especially for a procedural like this – then you absolutely have something to be excited about here. We were so excited to see how all of this would play out and it was hard not to.

“Loyalty” – Jaime goes undercover in a deadly human trafficking ring. Danny and Baez investigate a murder involving Darryl Reid (Malik Yoba), Danny’s former partner. In addition, Frank is uncertain whether to publicly support Mayor Chase (Dylan Walsh) on a policy decision and Eddie is determined to teach a young thief a lesson, in part one of BLUE BLOODS’s two-part 14th season premieres Friday, February 16 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand on demand for Paramount+ for SHOWTIME subscribers or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*.

We tend to think that all the stories the rest of the way will be broader in scope, mainly because they’re unlikely not to be. This show is going for something in a way that they haven’t really done before. It remains to be seen whether there will be some big and surprising series finale, but we’re inclined to think there are a lot of options on the table.
