“Our home in Parker, Colorado has expansive mountain views and is beautifully designed and turn-key for its next owner,” Sandy told The New York Post in April. “Moving to Florida was always our plan after Lauren graduated.”

Details on Captain Sandy Yawn’s New Florida House
When working on the interior design of the home, Sandy admitted, “Leah did everything, just like [she did] at the wedding. I’m grateful.”
“It’s an open house plan. So, the living room [and] kitchen is all open,” she said. “And it has five bedrooms.”
Although the process of building the home has come with challenges, Sandy knew from the moment she entered her new neighborhood that it was the right choice. “I drove through it, there were water slides and golf cart lanes, and I’m like, ‘I wanna live here,'” she shared.
