“Worst tip we’ve had so far so not a good feeling,” deckhand Kyle Stillie stated in an interview. “At the same time, that’s still a lot of money.”

Though the crew was able to blow off some steam later during their day out together at the beach, Anthony was still feeling upset about his dinner service performance.

“I disappoint[ed] the captain and I disappoint[ed] everyone,” he said in an interview. “I’ve been a chef on a yacht for, like, four years, [and] I’m still learning. So it’s very tricky. In a restaurant, you have each person for one ingredient. So, you have the guy who’s going to pour the sauce on the plate, and one guy to start cleaning the dishes. Me? I’m […] all by myself. Nobody is going to come to help me.”

Anthony concluded in his interview: “But I promised to my young self: ‘One day Anthony we’ll be on the top. We’ll be successful. No matter what. So, I have to keep this promise.”
