Chrisley Knows Best fans learned that Todd Chrisley got his son, Chase Chrisley into real estate, but his license in Nashville, Tennessee seems to have expired. Does that mean that he can no longer work in the industry? Read on to find out.

Chase Chrisley & Others Went Into Real Estate

Things were going well for the duo, with Chase noting how he “ended up going on a heater, winning.” Because of that, Nanny Faye wanted to keep the momentum going.
“As soon as I walked back to Nanny’s table, Nanny goes, ‘Come on.’ She said, ‘Come on.’ I said ‘What?’ She said, ‘Toss me a chip,’” he said. “So, I toss her a chip, we go fly back home. When we’re landing back in Nashville, I said, ‘There’s no casinos in Nashville, Nanny.’ She said, ‘You’re on a heater. We need to go to Indiana.’”

“Landed, got in the car, went straight to Indiana, won again. We get in the car and Nanny goes, ‘I need $1,000.’ I said, ‘What for?’ She said, ‘For gas.’ I said, ‘What are we driving, a semi?’” he continued. “She got, like, $3,000 out of me! I was like, ‘I’m just confused what I’m [doing].’ She said, ‘Well, I need money to play.’ I said, ‘You have a big stack of chips right there.’ She said, ‘Well, it don’t hurt.’”

Chase Chrisley first registered the business license in April 2022. And, the screenshot revealed that it was due for renewal on April 18. In the comments, some people made fun of him, his parents, and his sister, Savannah:

He doesn’t care about this license. It’s actual work and he’s not ’bout that life.
I don’t think any…one of them were interested in real estate. I really think Todd did this so he could claim them as employees. Probably for tax purposes like writing off any of their expenses as work related & any other breaks he could get.
I’d bet he ends up in prison eventually just like mommy & daddy. He will do shady cr-p and get caught. None of them seem to want to earn an honest living.
Has him or Savannah even sold a house?

Is There A Grace Period?

Several commenters in the discussion pointed out that Chase Chrisley is well within the grace period to renew the license. According to Tennessee Real Estate, “[If the] Licensee is still in the expired-grace period, [they] are thus still eligible to renew online normally.” That applies if the renewal is “Less than 60 days” from the expiration date.

Although Chase said he “can’t go into detail” about all that went down, the realtor said it was “definitely the best memory” he has with Nanny Faye.

“It was a roller coaster,” Chase said as Savannah, 26, added, “Yeah, she’s always getting into something! Always.”

Longtime Chrisley Knows Best fans know just how much Nanny Faye enjoys visiting the casino. One episode of the former USA Network series showed an underage Chase struggling to find his grandmother during the family’s Las Vegas trip, as she left everyone to gamble. But Chase — who was instructed by dad Todd Chrisley to watch after Nanny Faye — couldn’t even attempt to find her because he was “not old enough to step on the floor,” resulting in the family patriarch stepping in to help.

“How do you lose a 200-lb. grown-ass granny?” Todd, 54, asked Chase, who responded, “She moved quick! I wasn’t expecting it.”

Cut to the next scene, Nanny Faye can be seen seated amongst a group of fellow gamblers, saying, ‘We’re gonna tear this table up!”
